Advertising policy
Advertising Policy
Al-Rafidain Dental Journal (RDENTJ) maintains a strict policy against the inclusion of commercial advertisements or commercially sponsored publications. The journal does not accept, display, or promote advertisements in either its print or digital formats. No products or services are endorsed, directly or indirectly, within RDENTJ content.
Should advertising be considered in the future, RDENTJ will ensure a clear and transparent policy in line with COPE and ICMJE guidelines. Any advertising will be clearly distinguished from editorial content, and decisions regarding advertising will remain entirely separate from editorial decision-making processes. This ensures that the integrity and independence of the journal remain uncompromised.
Direct Marketing Policy
RDENTJ engages in limited, ethical direct marketing to inform potential authors, readers, and reviewers about the journal’s scope, calls for papers, and other relevant updates. All marketing activities adhere to high standards of appropriateness, relevance, and respect for recipients.
We commit to the following:
All outreach is conducted transparently and truthfully.
No misleading or exaggerated claims about the journal’s impact or indexing are made.
We respect user privacy and comply with applicable data protection laws.
Recipients can opt out of communications at any time.
Manuscript solicitations are based on editorial relevance and do not involve third-party marketing agencies.
These principles help us uphold trust and professionalism in our communications.
